Echinacea purpurea 'Pink Shuttles' - PPAF, PBRAF
The cones of this very floriferous cultivar of Echinacea purpurea consists completely of short tube shaped flowers.
The individual disk flowers of the cone grow out into short and firm tube shaped flowers, which are dark pink. This results in a relative large cone, which with its dark pink color contrasts nicely against the lighter pink ray flowers.
The flower stems are very well branching and therefore producing many flowers. Their maximum height is about 80 cm / 32’’. Flowering starts early, at the end of June and continues until September.
