Echinacea purpurea 'White Double Delight' - PPAF, PBRAF
A white flowering mutant from 'Pink Double Delight'.
A mutant of 'Pink Double Delight' was half pink flowering and half white. There were even flowers partially pink and partially white. From the white flowering half of this chimera mutant there were plants generated using tissue culture techniques. These were completely white flowering and after some years of testing appeared to be entirely stable.
'White Double Delight' has the same characteristics as 'Pink Double Delight', except for the flower color. It is a very floriferous plant that starts to bloom rather early in the season. Plant height is about 60 cm (24").
